We’re looking for a VP of Growth & Marketing to lead our growth and marketing efforts and who truly believes in our mission and is ready to take on cool challenges.
What You’ll Do:
-Lead growth efforts across the company; you will be the voice of growth at Nannyfy and this means owning top of the funnel growth, and communications around our strategy, plans and results.
-You will be accountable for performance against KPIs.
-Grow, manage and mentor a top performing growth & marketing team.
-Set and execute Nannyfy’s growth & marketing strategy.
-Plan, launch and run campaigns to drive growth via numerous channels including paid & organic media, SEO, affiliates, in-app referrals, content promotion, community engagement, partnerships, PR and web.
-Create a CRM strategy with a focus on activation and engagement of new users, renewals and win backs.
-Increase our user base through partnerships with brands aligned with our mission and values.
-Conduct regular, extensive experimentation and in-depth user data analyses to facilitate rapid learning & application of any insights.
-Work closely with Nannyfy’s design team to constantly strengthen Nannyfy’s brand.
-Closely monitor performance throughout the funnel and help us optimise conversions throughout the various stages—you’ll be crafting and documenting processes and frameworks.
-Building attribution models, and developing always-on measurements of CAC and LTV.
-Efficiently partnering with other teams, engineering, content, product and data are key, but you will be in charge of leveraging efforts across the company to drive growth.
-Identify strategic audiences and key insights that feed growth loops.
-Leverage customer insights to better segment, target, and reach potential customers
-Track record working in Growth or Marketing teams, having successfully led a rapidly scaling operation.
-Experience in paid user acquisition both for web and app (non traditional channels like affiliate marketing is a big plus).
-Experience in EdTech Sector:Kids is a plus.
-Very strong data informed decision making and problem solving skills.
-Experience building, leading and managing sharp, high performing teams both in culture, values and ethics, as well as top technical expertise.
-Experience launching products and/or brands from scratch and getting them to product market fit.
-Proactive & independent, always looking for ways to take initiative and improve existing systems/processes.
-Experience doing brand partnerships.
-Exceptional project management and organisation skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
-Good Written and Verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
-Highly analytical, with deep understanding of cohort analysis, customer acquisition and metrics
-Full ownership of global marketing budgets, customer growth and customer cycle KPIs.
Bonus points: you have started a company before.
Bonus points: you are extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.) and reporting tools like Appsflyer.
